What we are

We introduce U.S. businesses to independent BPO companies. We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing or placement agency, and we don't hire, place or employ anyone. We are not a party to any agreement between an agency and a BPO company and do not set pay, rates or terms.

Agents and BPO companies

Agents shown are employees or contractors of the listed BPO company. Any work is arranged under your own agreement with that company. You contract the BPO company. You will never be given an individual agent’s contact details through this site, and you must not use the site to engage an individual directly.

Information on profiles

Profiles, capacity and registration details come from the BPO company and are not verified by us. There are no scores or ratings; you judge the recordings yourself.

Introduction fee

The fee is Price to be set, charged per BPO company introduced, never per profile. The total is shown before checkout and the payment provider sends a receipt. The introduction fee pays for the BPO company's contact details. It does not depend on whether you sign an agreement or engage anyone. It is non-refundable, except when the contact details we deliver don't work within 7 days.

Refund rule

If the BPO company contact details we deliver don’t work, report it from your shortlist page within 7 days. An automatic re-check runs; if it confirms the problem, the introduction is flagged for a refund. There are no other refunds.

Who pays

Workers and BPO companies never pay us.

Your responsibilities

You and the BPO company are each responsible for complying with collection, licensing, privacy and data-security laws. Each party does its own due diligence on the other.

Reports and listings

Agencies can report a profile or company from the shortlist. When 2 different agencies report the same company, its listing is paused automatically until it is re-checked.

Shortlist links

Shortlist links are private to the intended recipient, expire after 72 hours, and may be revoked. Do not share or copy audio.

Governing law and contact
