1. You describe what you need

Seats, start date, debt types, days and shift times in your time zone (overnight shifts included), your home state and the states you serve. Security needs and experience are passed to the BPO company with your introduction.

2. Automatic matching

As soon as you send the request we look for profiles that fit: the BPO company is listed and not paused, the worker’s consent is current, their declared residence is eligible, all five recordings are confirmed and in date, and the BPO-stated shift, start date, debt types and capacity fit your request. If 3 or more fit, you get a private link to a shortlist of 3 to 5. If not, we keep looking every day and never pad the list.

3. Private shortlist

The link works for 72 hours and only after you confirm your work email with a one-time code. You can renew it yourself; renewing re-runs the matching. Profiles are masked: no names or contact details. Voices may still identify a person.

4. You listen and choose

Each profile has five recordings and BPO-stated facts. There are no scores: you judge the audio. Profiles are grouped by company (Company A, Company B) so you can see what you will pay.

5. Pay per company, get the contact

The fee is Price to be set per BPO company introduced, the same however many of its profiles you pick. After payment the BPO company’s contact details appear on screen and by email, and the company is told to expect you.

Who do I contract with?

The BPO company. Agents shown are employees or contractors of the listed BPO company. Any work is arranged under your own agreement with that company.

What is Hear the Agent?

We introduce U.S. businesses to independent BPO companies. We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing or placement agency, and we don't hire, place or employ anyone.

How are profiles chosen?

Automatically. Your request is matched against BPO-stated facts only: shift (including overnight shifts, in your time zone), start date, debt types and company capacity. A profile also needs the worker’s current consent and all five recordings. If 3 or more match, you get a shortlist of 3 to 5. Order is simple: most recent recordings first, with BPO companies taking turns. Nobody is ranked by personal qualities, and there are no scores.

What if fewer than 3 profiles match?

We never pad a shortlist. You see “We’re still gathering profiles for this request”, we re-check every day, and we email you a private link when 3 or more match.

What does it cost?

The introduction fee is not set yet (Price to be set). It is a flat fee per BPO company introduced. Choosing three profiles from one company is one fee; profiles from two companies are two fees. You see the total before checkout and get a receipt from the payment provider.

Is the fee refundable?

The introduction fee pays for the BPO company's contact details. It does not depend on whether you sign an agreement or engage anyone. It is non-refundable, except when the contact details we deliver don't work within 7 days.

Who checks the BPO companies?

Automatic checks: a work email on the company’s own website domain (no free webmail) confirmed by a link, a registration number and certificate upload, and a signed attestation. Profiles, capacity and registration details come from the BPO company and are not verified by us. Two reports from different agencies pause a listing automatically.

Who pays?

The US agency, and only when it asks to be introduced. Workers and BPO companies never pay us.

Whose responsibility is compliance?

You and the BPO company are each responsible for complying with collection, licensing, privacy and data-security laws.
