We introduce U.S. businesses to independent BPO companies. We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing or placement agency, and we don't hire, place or employ anyone.
Free during beta. Introductions cost nothing while the beta runs, and nothing is charged.
What you get
- 3–5 masked profiles matched automatically to your shift, start date, debt types and seat count.
- Five short recordings per profile: an introduction, a fictional role-play, a reply in the agent’s own words, a curveball and a reflection.
- Facts labelled BPO-stated, with the date the company stated them.
- No scores and no ratings. You judge the audio yourself.
What it costs
Introduction fee: Price to be set, per BPO company introduced. Never per profile. You see the total before checkout.
The introduction fee pays for the BPO company's contact details. It does not depend on whether you sign an agreement or engage anyone. It is non-refundable, except when the contact details we deliver don't work within 7 days.
Who you work with
Agents shown are employees or contractors of the listed BPO company. Any work is arranged under your own agreement with that company. We release the BPO company’s contact details only; you never receive an individual agent’s contact details, and agents are never put in direct contact with you through this site.
You and the BPO company are each responsible for complying with collection, licensing, privacy and data-security laws.
