hear the agent

For BPO companies

List your BPO company and let US agencies hear your team

Free during beta. Listing is free, and we look over each new company before its profiles are matched.

US collection agencies listen to masked recordings of your team, then pay us to be introduced to your company. BPO companies in India, Egypt and the Philippines can apply. Workers and BPO companies never pay us.

How listing works

  1. Apply as a company. Open to BPO companies operating in India, Egypt and the Philippines. Your website, a work email on the same domain (free webmail is not accepted), your SEC, DTI or other registration number, a copy of the certificate, capacity, shifts and security information.
  2. Automatic company check. Confirm your work email with the link we send. When every check passes, your company is listed automatically; no waiting for a person. Your directory status is never shown to agencies as a badge. Profiles, capacity and registration details come from the BPO company and are not verified by us.
  3. Invite your workers. Your workspace creates one private, single-use link per agent. Agents take part only through your company's invite link; there is no way for an individual to sign up on their own.
  4. Each worker records with their own consent. They read the notice and agree to each item themselves; you cannot consent for them. Five short pieces on a phone, about 10–15 minutes, using a profile ID instead of a name.
  5. Agencies listen and request introductions to your company. Agency requests are matched automatically to the shift, start date, debt types and capacity you state. When an agency pays to be introduced, we send it your company's contact details and tell you to expect them. You agree terms directly with the agency.

What you agree to

What it costs you

Nothing. Workers and BPO companies never pay us. Only the US agency pays, a flat introduction fee per BPO company.

Reports and pauses

Capacity, availability, debt types and experience that you state are shown as “BPO-stated” with the date. If 2 different agencies report your company, the listing is paused automatically until it is re-checked.
