Every agent we list is our own employee or contractor. Each agent we list has personally agreed to be recorded and to have the recordings shared with US clients.

Profiles, capacity and registration details come from the BPO company and are not verified by us. You and the BPO company are each responsible for complying with collection, licensing, privacy and data-security laws.
