We introduce U.S. businesses to independent BPO companies. We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing or placement agency, and we don't hire, place or employ anyone.

A US collection agency describes what it needs, matching shows it 3–5 masked profiles from listed BPO companies, and the agency pays a flat fee per BPO company it wants to be introduced to.

What we do not do

• We do not conduct collections or handle consumer account data.
• We do not set pay, rates or terms, and we are not a party to any agreement between the agency and the BPO company.
• We do not score or rate anyone.
• Individual workers cannot create listings. Workers and BPO companies never pay us.

Profiles, capacity and registration details come from the BPO company and are not verified by us.
