Agency requests

We use the details in a shortlist request to match profiles, email you the private link and code, and, after payment, introduce you to the BPO company. We do not ask for consumer names, account numbers, card details, SSNs, debt files or pay information. Card payments are handled by the payment provider; we do not see or store card numbers.

BPO applications

We use company details, the work email, the registration number and the uploaded certificate for automatic checks. The certificate is stored privately and deleted if the email is never confirmed. Profiles, capacity and registration details come from the BPO company and are not verified by us.

Worker recordings

• Each worker is invited by their BPO and gives their own consent before recording. The BPO cannot consent for them.
• Recordings are stored privately. Agencies whose request matches hear them only through a private, time-limited shortlist. Nobody scores them. Recordings are never copied into Jotform or any other outside tool.
• Names and direct contact details of workers are never shared with agencies. Voices may still identify a person.
• Transcription is off. We do not use recordings for speaker identification and do not use them to train AI models.
• The exercise is offered only to people who say they currently live in India, Egypt and the Philippines, and never to people who say they live in the EU or EEA (a product rule, based on declared residence).
• Proposed retention: 90 days from each recording's confirmed upload. Proposed target for completing a deletion request: 7 days. Backup handling is still being defined.
• A worker can withdraw consent or ask for deletion at any time from their recording page or through their BPO. Withdrawal stops new sharing straight away. Copies an agency already heard or saved cannot be recalled.

Our form tool

Inquiry and application details are also stored in the form tool we use to keep track of them (Jotform). For an agency, that is the request details on this page. For a BPO company, it is the company details and the profile details the company enters for its workers, plus a private link to the recordings that stops working after 7 days. Recordings are not stored in Jotform, and neither is the uploaded certificate or any worker's name or contact details.
